General Questions

Do you provide food?

We offer whiskas/felix/Go Cat as standard. Plus dreamies treats. If your cat is on prescription food, we are happy to give, or if your cat doesn’t like the food we offer you can bring your own.

What litter do you use?

We use cat san hygiene or my pet silica gel cat litter as standard if your cat would prefer something else please bring and we can use.

Do you have heating?

Yes! We have a thermostatically controlled heater which offers A+ rated sleeping quarters

Does my cat need vaccinations?

All vaccinations must be up to date and we need to see your cats vaccinations certificate when they arrival for there stay

What's your booking policy?

We need 50% deposit when booking and for any cancellations needs to be 72hours before your booking, If not you will need to pay the full amount of your booking.
